Existing confirmations can be inspected and corrected. Records remain in browser storage; names are not verified accounts. Preheat A task can be complete while the handoff is still open. Care Loop connects the action to the next caregiver with a named confirmation. Start with a labelled sample and follow one confirmation into the record. A small ordinary handoff can tell you more about a household tool than another feature list.

Article body Most task interfaces compress a complicated event into a checkmark. That can be useful, but shared care exposes what the mark leaves out. A person may finish an action without informing anyone else. Another may read an old confirmation as current. A mistaken entry may remain visible long after its meaning has changed.
Care Loop separates the action from the handoff. The named record is what carries information to the next caregiver. A duplicate cue interrupts a possible repeat and asks the household to check. An undo path keeps mistakes inside the workflow rather than forcing people to invent a workaround around it.
The loop is informational, not observational. The browser cannot confirm that a pet was fed. It stores what someone reported and makes that report easier to inspect. This limits the claims the interface should make: “a confirmation exists” is supportable; “the care definitely happened” is not. Clear state language is more valuable than an impressive badge.
The blue control-room visual makes the changing states easy to distinguish, but the underlying purpose remains ordinary household coordination. Start with a sample, confirm a task, then try a correction. The value is in seeing how one person's action becomes a usable next step for another person, without turning a local record into an invented verification service.
